It is a slim circlet with a design of gold. You must be wearing it to benefit from its effects. _Vigilant Preparation._ At the start of each of your turns, if you can see an enemy creature during combat, you gain a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to 1 + the number of Temporary Hit Points you currently have.
