**Soranger** was the first city humanity built when they arrived in [[Adenland]]. It was founded by [[Vidarr Jarlsson Oversaenur|Vidarr Jarlsson]] in 0 VL, a few months after he and the Ættir made landfall. As humans spread out and established the kingdom of [[Skadyrik]], Soranger maintained a special status as the oldest and holiest city, and remained the kingdom's capital for almost 1300 years.
